Tail spend consolidated into one governed channel

The long tail of repeat buys, clustered on evidence and turned into a governed buying channel.

v1 Pending approval

Every procurement function has one: thousands of small, repeated purchases spread across suppliers and channels, each too small to justify attention and collectively too large to ignore.

The Workblock clusters those repeat purchases across suppliers and channels, attaches the repeat history and the supplier overlap as evidence, and proposes consolidation candidates as category opportunities.

The category manager authorises every conversion

The Workblock proposes and routes. A named person authorises every candidate, and the conversion into a governed channel executes downstream under that decision. The tail gets worked at machine scale, and the judgement stays where it belongs.
