Legal
Terms.
The terms that govern use of beyondwork.ai — accounts, acceptable use, content, events, liability, and governing law.
These terms govern your use of beyondwork.ai (the "Site"), operated by Beyond Work Inc. ("Beyond Work", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept them. The Site presents Beyond Work, its platform, its published work, and its events; it is not itself the platform, and access to the platform is governed by a separate agreement.
Parts of the Site require signing in with an approved workspace account. You are responsible for what happens under your session, and you agree to give accurate information. We may suspend or remove access to signed-in areas where we consider it necessary to protect the Site, our customers, or our partners.
You agree not to disrupt or probe the Site, attempt to access data or areas you are not authorized for, scrape the Site at volume, or submit content through our forms that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.
The Site and its content — text, published work, imagery, marks, and software — belong to Beyond Work or its licensors. Making the Site available grants you no licence to any of it beyond viewing it. Beyond Work names and marks may not be used without our written permission.
Submissions
When you send us an enquiry or an application, you confirm you have the right to share what you submit, and you grant us permission to process it to evaluate and respond. Submitting an application creates no obligation on Beyond Work to engage, respond, or accept — we may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
Event registration through the Site is a request to attend, not a confirmed place: events have capacity and eligibility conditions, some are restricted to invited participants, and confirmation comes from us. Specific events may carry their own terms, which we share with the event.
The Site is provided as is. Published work describes real deployments at the time of writing, but the Site itself carries no warranty, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance or professional advice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond Work is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use of the Site, and our total liability for claims connected to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which, for the Site itself, is nothing.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Copenhagen. If we change these terms, we update this page and revise the review date shown at the top; continued use of the Site after a change is acceptance of it.
