Data processing addendum.

Two different roles apply to data at Beyond Work. For this website — visits, enquiries, applications, event registrations — Beyond Work decides how and why personal data is processed, and the Privacy policy governs. For the Beyond Work platform, our customer decides: work processed through the platform is processed on the customer's behalf and under the customer's instructions.

Platform processing is governed by a Data Processing Addendum executed as part of the customer agreement. The addendum records the subject matter and duration of processing, the categories of data and data subjects, our security measures, the approved sub-processor list, the mechanism for international transfers including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where they are required, audit rights, and deletion or return of customer data when the agreement ends.
