Partners · Discovery days
Half a day. Working software by five o'clock.
Not another AI workshop. A discovery day is half a day in your own office, where your teams build running Workblocks on workflows they already own. No fee. And no slides.
Two ways a day begins
A partner proposes a client they want to bring us into. Or a client comes to us directly, and we propose the partner best placed to deliver with them. Both routes end in the same room.
Why it works
See it on your own work.
Teams pick familiar workflows, not a rehearsed demonstration.
Judge the platform by doing.
Building surfaces both the speed and the limits in a way a presentation cannot.
Find the first real use case.
By the end of the day the room knows which build is worth pursuing, chosen on evidence rather than opinion.
The shape of the day
- Welcome and framing. Fifteen minutes. Why this work, and why now.
- The platform, live. Thirty minutes, plain language to working software, end to end.
- Teams form, building begins. Groups of three to five, on prepared practice data, with coaches circulating.
- Break, then the second sprint. An hour where the systems come together.
- Demonstrations. Each team shows what runs. The room decides what has merit.
- Next steps, and close. Agreed before anyone leaves.
What exists by five o'clock
Working systems. Three to five running builds. Not mockups, not slideware.
A shortlist with evidence. The room's own verdict on what to advance.
Activated builders. Participants keep access, and the keenest become certification candidates.
Thirty days of access, so momentum carries.
What each side brings
The Partner brings the room, the participants, the workflows and a senior voice to open. Beyond Work brings the prepared platform on an isolated tenant, the live build, the coaches, realistic practice data so no client data is needed on the day, and the event kit.
Afterwards
No fee. One clear expectation. A thirty-minute debrief within a week, while it is fresh. Then a decision. Deciding there is no fit is a fine outcome. Drift is the only bad one.
