Master agreement redline against client policy

Supplier paper, mapped against the playbook, redlined in place. Every deviation carries its rule, its risk and its evidence.

About 5 minutes · · v1 Pending approval

The hardest contract reviews are the ones on the other side's paper. The playbook lives in one place, the document in another, and the negotiation record in a third.

The Workblock maps the supplier's document against the client's playbook and drafts tracked redlines in place. Each deviation is recorded with the rule it breaks, the risk it carries and the evidence behind it. A stale negotiation record does not slip through: it returns for judgement.

Counsel decides, the record shows why

The Workblock cannot accept a clause and cannot commit contract text. Legal counsel holds the pen where it matters; the sourcing manager holds the commercial position. What changes is everything around them: the mapping, the drafting, the audit trail, done before they open the document.
